Separate Parent and Child Access
A shared account, but with separate access controlled by PINs for parents and each child.
Chore Schedules and Allowance Amounts
Parents set a weekly chore list and allowance amount for each child. Children check off each chore when they've completed it, and parents can verify the chore is complete before accrual of allowance is recorded.
Manual or Automatic Weekly Resets
The chore list can stay the same each week, but the completion status resets either through a manual reset by the parent, or an automatic schedule. Kids only get allowance accrual if all chores are verified by the parent before the reset.
Simple Features
There is no connection to actual money exchanges or other apps — keep your existing ways and just use this as a shared checklist and tracker of chores and allowances owed.
Privacy
What we collect.
(Spoiler: almost nothing.)
Required to create and access your single unique family account. We only use the email in order to enable password resets so you don't have to start over if the password is forgotten.
We ask for kid names so you know who is who in the app, but you are free to put anything (nicknames, pseudonyms, etc.) you wish. We use the term "Kids" because it's easy, but never ask for ages. Add your spouse if you like!
